Blowing Rock Library

This small library is one of Blowing Rock’s treasures. Many visitors take a photograph with ‘Jessie,’ the bronze statue of a little girl reading a book. She greets visitors to the library--a library that is likely similar to the one Mitford characters, such as Hessie Mayhew, frequent.
