Music Research Guide, Streaming Audio and Video Recordings

The Music Research Guide has a page devoted to streaming audio and video.

• The first link goes to the UNCG Libraries’ Research Guide for streaming media.
• It contains orientation videos about streaming and the research process. It has a page with tutorials about how to search the library catalog for content in streaming databases, along with links to some subject-specific databases.
• It also includes a page devoted to citations and copyright.

The Music Research Guide’s “Streaming Audio and Video” page has lots of links to our streaming databases. The main box on this page has three tabs, one for streaming audio (including Naxos), one for streaming video, and one for databases that have both audio and video content (including many of the Alexander Street Press databases). Note that most of these databases will require you to use your UNCG username and password. They include a lock icon in their descriptions.
