Plagiarism at UNCG: What can you do?

Turnitin:

Some of your teachers might use Turnitin within Canvas to check your papers.  This is a tool that checks the Internet for copied materials, as well as against other papers at UNCG (including other papers from the student to check for self-plagiarism).  

UNCG University Libraries:

UNCG Libraries has many tools to help students NOT plagiarise.  Every department has a librarian, who can meet with you for consults.  UNCG Libraries also has a citation guide that covers how to cite in APA, MLA, Chicago, CSE, and more.  Many of the library databases and catalogs even provide recommended citations, but be sure to check these against a guide (they are not perfect citations).
